Let’s make sense
of what you are feeling.
A thoughtful first conversation can bring direction to symptoms, questions, or a treatment history that has felt difficult to navigate.
A fuller understanding, from the start
An initial evaluation looks at your symptoms and their impact on your life, alongside your medical history, prior mental health care, current medications, and priorities. You do not need to arrive with a diagnosis. You are welcome to bring questions and share what matters most to you.
What we may explore together
- Your main concerns and when you began noticing them
- Mental health and medical history, including previous treatments
- Sleep, routines, relationships, work, or school
- Your goals, preferences, supports, and safety
What comes next
We will discuss what we have learned, explain possible next steps, and make a plan together. That may include further assessment, medication management, supportive care, or coordination with another clinician. You will have an opportunity to ask questions.
Preparing for your visit
Bring your questions, a current medication list, and relevant previous treatment information. Our first-visit guide includes a simple preparation checklist.
Your next chapter starts
with a conversation.
You do not need to have all the answers. We can find the next step together.
